After we look at how you got to where you are and where you want to go from here, we work on alleviating your suffering as quickly as possible with stress management techniques, and education on what to eat to enhance your mood and what food to avoid for your gut-brain health. We then move on to helping you build a connection with yourself and the world around you by learning how and why to implement a yoga and meditation practice. We introduce you to mindfulness and how to have a more constructive relationship with your thoughts through ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). These first five steps help to rebuild you.
