I was surprisingly pleased with this book. When I realized it was about reincarnation I thought the whole book would be about that. It was not. It was a really fun read. The characters were very interesting, the premise was interesting, the "past lives" made the book a bit of a historical fiction book. There was romance, intrigue. I don't believe in reincarnation myself, but I looked at this book as a fantasy novel, and I love fantasy. So I would highly recommend this book. I had a hard time putting it down!
