Not only will you learn how to create your own program, you will also leave with an understanding of how to begin calisthenics and/or weight lifting. With a detailed explanation of the progressive exercises you should concentrate on and the number of sets, reps, days, and rest periods explained, you will become an advanced individual in no time.
