Men don't openly speak about many things that trouble us pertaining to love, relationships and the likes. We have been taught from our youth to be tough, to suck it up, and to be a man, just to note a few. The time has come to break that mold and speak for the men, as a man. In essence, you can look at this book as kind of a relationship tutor.
