Drones have been in use since the late 1800's. They were used in both World War I and World War II. Drones have been found in the airspace around the world. Drone usage is becoming more commercial. They are used for safety, security and for emergency situations. Some are large enough to transport weapons while others are very small and can be undetectable. Some experts expect there to be as many as 30,000 in the air by the year 2020.
