Hill 875 The Year of Unshed Tears

This book of poetry lets the viewer feel the War experience. This was my tour in Vietnam with the 173rd Airborne Brigade as a Combat Infantry Soldier. I was with 2nd Battalion, Charlie Company. Many never made it home, many never left. I tried not to use swear words to tell my story and my experiences, but one poem the Cursing Lizard I really had no choice. No one wants war, but those who fought know its impossible to forget it. Every poem tells a true story of what I saw. My hope is that those who read my poetry will tell a veteran 'Thank you for your service'
