Making an Animated Short

This book is for everyone who ever dreamed of making their own animated movie.
You may be a high school student trying to make an animated video for YouTube, or a college student looking for new direction. You might be a working animator who just couldn't find the time to make that short and need a little push.

This book is for those who are curious about what it takes to make an animated short. If you’re reading this you probably
already think animation is pretty cool, but I know the actual reality of making a film could look a bit vague and overwhelming.
In this guide I will remove the curtain and tell you everything I know about animation filmmaking. I’ll go over all the types of
making an animated short, from finding the right idea to exporting the final film.

If you are an experienced animator working in the industry you’ll probably already know most of the stuff covered in this book, but I’m sure that there could be something new to learn here for everyone.
