Description
Fran West is an Australian photographer with a very unique sense of humour. Her picture books of photos to enjoy have up till now been solely for children to look and learn. This picture book, however, is both for older children and adults to enjoy and also have a laugh. Although some of the themes may be classified as “adult”, there is no swearing in the book.
The animals and birds (some have already appeared in previous picture books) were photographed by Fran in Argentina, Australia, England and the USA. Since it was announced that Fran was writing this book, creatures from all over the world have been queuing up to appear in this and the sequel.
The book contains almost 100 different animal and bird photos with captions on them. There's no holding back. The creatures just tell it like it is!
The star and host of the book is Baby Poss, an Australian brushtail possum, who lives in Fran's garage.
