Addiction: One Life Story

This is a deeply personal depiction of drug use that began at a very early age and continued through adulthood, finally culminating in a lengthy prison sentence. Alcohol and Methamphetamines saw me through a large part of my life, they also nearly killed me several times.
This is what I wrote out of me in classes, prison, psychiatric hospitals as I began to find myself and a way out of my addictions. It isn't pretty. It isn't sugar coated. It is raw, bad language, sexual situations, child abuse and much more. If you are still playing the game of addiction, this is not for you, it may be for someone close to you so they can begin to understand how sick you truly are, but it isn't for you. If, on the other hand, you are done playing games and telling lies, there may be some hope in here for you.
This is published as Anonymous, not to protect the writer, it wouldn't be a great trick to discover the identity of the writer, but it is published this way to take the focus off the individual and put it on the addictions and the addiction process, as well as the road that can take the reader to healing.
