📖 Description
Paper back law book - Excerpt:
California community Property is property acquired during marriage while domiciled in California, including separate property transmuted to community property in writing. Out of state land is excluded.
Separate property is that acquired before marriage or that acquired during marriage by gift, bequest, devise or descent.
Quasi-community property is property acquired outside California, other than land, which would be community property if acquired in California (i.e. it was acquired during a out-of-state marriage.)
