Cells Run Amok: A Short Guide to Demystifying Cancer and Taking Control of Your Health

“What would I do if had cancer?” That’s the question that circles my head when I’m offering support to a client who has been diagnosed with this awful disease. So many lives have been touched by cancer: clients, friends, loved ones. I see it almost daily in my practice as a Holistic Health Counselor and, admittedly, it's difficult not to feel powerless when faced with it. But are we truly powerless? If you ask me, the answer is "no" and this book details my reasoning. From supporting our own healing at the cellular level using specific herbs and nutrients, to harnessing the power of our thoughts and beliefs and understanding their connection to the physiological response of the body, the information on the pages within represents my thoughts on how to build a foundation for healing. In fact, much of what I include is beneficial for anyone working to maintain optimal health, whether in a state of disease or not. The concepts and elements addressed are limited to those that have worked well for my clients and have comprehensive research to back any claims.. And, for what it's worth, the book represents the answer to my very first question to myself. It's what I would do.
