Today, it is increasingly easy to find people who are eager to undertake: to start a business or simply to better exploit their strengths and skills to improve their income and thus their future. The downside is that it is also becoming more common to find those people waiting, saving, postponing, analyzing or performing any activity except the realization of that dream.

An economy based on demand, will be the reverse of what we are used to seeing in traditional business, where we have a physical place with an inventory and an installed capacity that should be enough to develop our business. And when our business flourishes, we must change that installed capacity to reach new levels of production or sales. But, if our business is operating below this capacity, our business will only generate losses.

An economy based on demand, is one that always seeks to have a profit, eliminating as far as possible fixed costs, maximizing the installed capacity and human resources, and diminishing or increasing its operation level without making major changes in the organization, facilities' size or the associated overhead.
