We never set out with the intension of being trapped by debt.
I think it's fair to say we all want the best things in life; nice things, good schools for our children. better neighbourhoods, nice vacations, that new car...the list goes on.
Everything costs money, that's just the way things are.
The problem with all of this is that most of us just don't have enough money to obtain all the things we want, and whilst the logical thing to do would be to cur our losses and live to our means, the reality is we don't.Â
We borrow, thinking to ourselves; 'It's my money, I can afford it and I'll pay it all back".
For a while, maybe even years, that's true. You pay it back until it reaches a point where you can no longer handle the debt. In my case the recession turned my world upside down over night; I was paying for my debt and then I wasn't
It's at this point most of us panic. What I did was borrow more money to help stabilize things, but as my situation got worse I realised I was trapped. i was facing bankruptcy. And if you followed a similar path you will know exactly what I am talking about.
If you have yet to reach that point, take it from me, DO NOT borrow more money!
But here's the thing. You don't have to take the same route I did, you can become debt free. All it takes is a plan and a firm commitment.Â
If you want to become debt free and truly live a life of financial freedom, buy this book. It will teach you everything you need to know about becoming debt free forever!Â
