Motherhood: The First 90 Days

I am amazed at how much time and energy I put into my pregnancy. I had laser focus when it came to what I ate, if I exercised, and reading about the weekly growth milestones of my fetus. None of this prepared me for what awaited me once I returned home with a newborn. This book is your crash course into motherhood. I will tell you what delivery is like, what really goes on during your hospital stay, how to navigate your return home, and what plans you need for your baby if you are planning to return to work. The standard three months or 90 day maternity leave is a stressful time with many decisions which will affect your life as well as that of your spouse and your child for years down the road. This book is meant to be the best of both worlds. Without being too formal or clinical, I have compiled this book to give you the necessary information I was missing through some of my personal experiences. My hope is that these stories will better prepare you for the first 90 days of motherhood as you create your own experiences.
