A Rude Awakening: Will there be a "Secret Rapture" to take God's people to heaven? The answer will surprise you, whether you believe or not.

Most Christians believe that there will a “secret rapture” and they will instantaneously be gone to heaven. When this happens, many of their loved ones and all of the wicked will be left behind on the earth to suffer a “Great Tribulation.” There have even been popular movies depicting this. Nonbelievers, of course, do not believe any of this, and they often ridicule and make fun of those that do. Both, however, are in for a rude awakening, because both are very wrong!
The Bible says in John 4:23-24 “But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeks such to worship him.” For “God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.”
Therefore, we should not follow the doctrine of men, but search for ourselves what God has said. Otherwise, you could miss God’s Kingdom. Christ said in Matthew 7:13-14, “Enter in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leads to destruction, and many there be which go in there at. Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leads unto life, and few there be that find it.

In Matthew 24:11, when Christ was talking about the “time of the end” and the “Great Tribulation”, He said, “And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.” Yes, many Christians today have been deceived into believing a lie. Church leaders have even deceived them because the leaders themselves have been deceived. A deceive person does not realized that they have been deceived or otherwise they would understand the truth. By the time the people find out that they have been deceived, it will be too late.
