During my short career as a realtor, I learned a lot about the real estate industry as well as the most essential leadership skills crucial for success in the real estate industry. Real estate is a competitive field, considering the various skills, duties, responsibilities, expenses, rules and regulations, etc, involved in the business of helping your clients to buy and/or sell their houses. However, to make money in real estate, you would quickly develop and learn essential leadership skills, which are not only crucial for your success in real estate, but also transferrable to various business fields and various aspects of life.
