The original forms of Chinese Medicine are based on ancient cosmology and esoteric science but in modern times those are considered as pseudo-science or superstitions by scientists. That is why they are omitted and are not taught in modern TCM colleges. Those esoteric forms of knowledges are being transmitted from Masters to their sincere private discples privately. The objective of this article is to recover the original and esoteric forms of Chinese Medicine and to teach the advanced level TCM students. This article is volume 1. and is about how to treat pathological fire without hurting Ming Men ( vital gate ) fire. This topic has been very important in Traditional Chinese Medicine history. The idea and philosophy of Master Zhao Xian Ke about Ming Men and herbal prescription is introduced. Master Zhao was not only the specialst of Chinese Medicine but also was I-Ching, the ancient Chinese cosmology. His unique philosophy of Ming Men influenced Chinese Medicine and Taoist practice in Ming dynasty in China. Master Zhao's idea about how to treat pathological fire without hurting Ming Men fire and his herbal prescription is discussed. Comparison with Master Zhu Dan Xi's idea of Chinese Herbal medicine to treat the pathological fire is also discussed and the real clinical cases based on author's experience are discussed too. This is a short article but it is worth reading because you will never meet this kind of esoteric knowledge of TCM in any other regular TCM books.
