After hearing nothing from him all day, finally I get a message, but it's not good news: he wants to call it quits. I'm shattered and head straight for my best friend Maggie's house for a shoulder to cry on, when something unexpected happens. An overheard conversation I cannot ignore tips me off to an attack by the same people who had kidnapped me yesterday! Despite my hurt over Liam's earlier message, I can't leave it alone.
