Grammar has power to: magnify, repair and enlarge the Mind: "WE, the people" is called an appositive.( an appositive renames the word that it is next to)

The mind surrounded by all of this technology appears to be suffering lost of perceptions, concentration, and focus; however, English grammar can possible repair, magnify and even enlarge our mind if we would only let it do so by studying.
