Emma is studying to become a marine biologist. When she finds out that there are weresharks in a sleepy seaside town, she jumps at a chance to study them.

With her friend Sara, they visit the fabled town of Lantern Cove. Little does Emma know that the little town is holding secrets. When she digs a little too deep, she finds herself trapped during their mating season.
