In education field many organizations do education as business with the students as well as with the teaching staff. But when they do this business they also need to apply some empathy on each of the operational role along with the students.

Most of the competent organizations they adopt many standards and guidelines for running successful results by having best practices.

Always the educational organization should not concentrate only for the toppers. They also need to concentrate to the low level scoring students to improve and prove them in society and to their parents from their hidden skills extraction.

At the same time some of the organizations still they need to accelerate the improvements. In such organizations what kind of simple practices can be followed or adopted to facilitate better environment to accelerate the education performance; through this book I tried to demonstrate.
