W.V. Duffy Graves wrote and published The Pipe Fitters Blue Book in 1973 and The Pipe Fabricators Blue Book in 1976. Duffy calculated every angle using a pencil and paper and calculator. He drew every drawing using drafting tools and his hand-made drafting table. He took great pride in his work in everything he did. He certainly, without question was a perfectionist. This shows in his legacy of these two books.
