This Handbook "Quality Assurance in Adult Learning - Implementation Guide of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 29990)" presents the landscape of the most commonly used quality assurance frameworks and standards in adult learning provision in Europe and provides comprehensive guidelines for the implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO 29990 in adult learning providers.
