MANTRAS

Whenever we attend any religious ritualistic ceremony, we literally get bombarded with a high dose of Sanskrit words, phrases and sentences; even couplets. Though most of it is either Shlokas or Mantras, but at times few notorious priests get into some tit-bit chit-chat too, in Sanskrit language, which we never take notice of.

Once i did notice this, and felt ditched. I was saluting to some 'God knows what' chat with folded hands and bowed head. That was the moment when I thought of learning some Mantras and Shlokas myself too, more for adventure.

Since I wasn't hungry for knowledge, and neither impatient to use the Mantras, I started learning about this subject from the scratch. Once I got into it, I realised that it wasn't mere bunch of syllables, phoneme or numinous sound but a highly powerful and equally complex tool (call it an application of our phone or some savvy software).

The key is to learn how to use it. That's it.

On one of the tummy-tucking task walk during dusk, I shared my research experiences with a friend of mine. Though being a scientist and a thorough believer of ancient, and buried legacies of magical and miraculous logic(s), even he didn't know what I had discovered over few years.

On his suggestion I chose to write on this topic. It is intended for joyful learning, and not stressful cursing, for what you have missed or misdid.
