Lillian St. James. The tall, leggy blonde was famous for her strong female roles. She is a real star, but thanks to her jaded and overly cocky attitude, directors are turning her down for parts left and right. In a desperate play to save her career, she takes a part in a Broadway Hit, sending her to New York City with her agent, Pierce Douglas. 

While there, Lillian has one of her monstrous temper tantrums and storms off, and speeds out of the city in search of fresh air and room to breathe. Several hours and countless wrong turns later, she finds herself lost on the back roads of Victory. Swerving to not hit a deer, she crashes right into a barn, destroying her car. 

Lieutenant Rose McDillon is the first to arrive at the scene. Tall, slim, with bright green eyes and dazzling auburn hair, she quickly quiets down the loud mouth Lillian, and escorts her to the courthouse where she is given the choice of 120 hours or community service.
