The Independence of the Local Church

The rise of denominationalism very early in the history of Protestantism worked to destroy the sovereignty of the local church. Many denominations do not recognize the independence of the local church in any sense. Other groups have reduced the independence of the local church to a shadow. This study should help today to recognize the independency of the local church.
