FAMILY TIES

This is a collection of five stories about people who have been touched by losing someone they loved. Each is different and there is also joy from the love they have received. Two of the stories are personal, my father and grandmother. A third one is based on a family member. Alone and Ariel and the Angel are fiction. The girl in Alone is based on someone I saw when we went on a dinner train ride. She was so striking I could not help but write about her. I hope you enjoy reading them. Please write an opinion so I can know what kind of stories I should be writing. I prefer short stories so the reader does not have to spend a lot of time but feels satisfied that they have read a good story.
