Welcome to my world, in which all interaction is cryptic and poetic. This book takes on the love and dating life of a 20 something lesbian in Chicago. There is passion, pain, eroticism, and anything else you could expect from a young woman searching for love in a big city. There is nearly a decade covered in this 11 chapter book and there are a total of 20 poems. Each poem touches on different feelings from poems about moving on after a break-up, envisioning future relationships, and new love. This poetic book is about 3500 words and should take between 25-30 minutes to read.
