What if your mind wasn't filled with your thoughts alone?

An alien civilization, by virtue of its dying star, is forced to find a new planet. After 400,000 years, they locate Earth and begin to orbit. Are they friend or are they foe? The question is answered one night as life as we know it is permanently changed. The survivors have to find a way to defend themselves from a superior alien force. The aliens though, are not as they seem. Their bodies have been transformed by the same organism developed to endure the long voyage through space.

In order to turn the tides of war, the survivors must figure out what this organism is and how to harness its power. One girl has lost nine months of her life but is saved from her captors.
