(Updated 2017: This edition is called the ‘Accurate Edition’. In this edition, all mention of Venus, Saturn, Mars ect. ect. have been edited out because the belief by Menger, Adamski, Nelson, and other contactees that the Federation comes from Venus, Saturn, Mars and other local planets was the result of memory manipulation by opposing groups. Breccia states: Sammaciccia writes: The opposing groups would use their technology to do things to the Confederation contacts like: “…altering documents, changing, memories, even wiping out somebody’s memories, injecting wrong feelings, as easily as if they were showing a movie. Our friends (the Confederation- ed) had often stressed that against all that the only possible defense should consist in a firm will…” The Space Friends of Gabriel Green website says something similar.
It should be noted while Van Tassel did have actual contact with a real physical Confederation agent in the desert and did walk in a real Federation ship, Van Tassel’s ‘channelings’ of “Ashtar” and other super beings was disinformation planted by opposing groups in order to discredit his message.
Menger later stated regarding the space friends in the documentary ‘Alien Contacts - The Best Evidence’ by Michael Hesemann (2006) “…they have bases on Venus, Mars and many other planets. I asked them once where did they come from? And they said ‘We have just come from the planet you call Venus.’ Well that doesn’t mean they are Venusians. They are travelers...”
In his book The High Bridge Incident (1991) Menger states: "'Years ago, on a T.V. program, when I first voiced my opinion that the people I met and talked with from the craft might not be extraterrestrial, it was thought that I had recanted. However, they (the aliens) said they had just come from the planet we call Venus (or Mars). It is my opinion that these space travelers may have by-passed or visited other planets (as we are planning) but were not native to those planets any more than our astronauts are native to the moon.'"
Menger actually reprinted various chapters from his earlier book From Outer Space To You in his later books The High Bridge Incident (1991) and Threads of Light To You (1994). while actually having removed any mention of the space friends living on Venus or any of the other local planets in those later books.
This very important book is now believed to be in the public domain. As such it should be broadly distributed to all interested in the UFO phenomenon and friendly space people. The friendly space people have a message for us all, one of friendship and compassion towards Earth . If we can learn to adopt their way of thinking, the world would become a better place and we might just be able to join them to explore the stars. It is difficult and no one is perfect but the more people practice the attitudes of Morals, Friendship, Empathy, and Service towards all with a belief in God (God is not a man but all men and woman and all things, omniscient, omnipotent, omnipresent, as stated in Connie and Howard Menger’s book Threads of Light To You (1994)) the more the world can change for the better for ourselves and the to the benefit of the friendly space people who want so badly to have us join them. ...
As mentioned later in the book Howard Menger gives detailed information about how he came to create the song “Song of Saturn” through the contact with the Confederation agents which is designed to evolve the subconscious mind of the listener so they will act in a more evolved civilized way.
