Description

It is the first unique full color book on the most powerful CAD/CAE-system Marc of MSC Software Corporation (USA). Is developed the methodology of modeling the technological processes of processing the blanks and obtaining the details after a forming on example of widespread operation in the industry: the bending of sheets, strips and profiles from a steel, an easy aluminum alloy and a composition-bimetal taking into account the hardening and anisot-ropy. The modeling is based on designing of rated model only on the basis of own powerful graphic possibilities of system Marc without usage of any additional input files and without a writing of programs.

For the purpose of understanding the mechanism of bending a blank, for the correct develop-ment of the project in CAD/CAE-system and the correct analysis of results of modeling the bending in this system, in the beginning of the main chapters is resulted the engineering the-ory of bending by V. A. Zharkov with analytical dependences. And only then more is given the exact numerical modeling in CAD/CAE-system. In the final chapter are resulted the calcu-lation of parameters of bending and the examples of optimal and rational layout of blanks for bending on sheet on the basis of mathematical linear programming in projects of environment of development Microsoft Visual Studio (USA) with a writing of programs.

In chapter 1 is resulted the theory of sheet forming, added by the Zharkov's theory of a bending, under the registration of hardening and anisotropy of blank and under the analysis of danger of fracture of blank at processing on the basis of forming limit diagram, thinning limit diagram, stresses limit diagram and forces limit diagram. In chapter 2 are given the very detailed instructions on creation of the project and a designing in CAD/CAE-system of one-angular bending. In chapter 3 and further are given the already short instructions on designing in system of V-shaped bending and bending of bushes from a composition-bimetal. In chapter 4 is given the Zharkov's theory of a flanging the axisymmetric and not axisymmetric details taking into account hardening and anisotropy of blank and is resulted the designing in CAD/CAE-system of a flanging of axisymmetric and box-shaped details with usage of this theory. In chapter 5 is given the Zharkov's theory of two-angular bending without a holder of blank, and in chapter 6 is resulted the designing in CAD/CAE-system of this bending. In chapter 7 are resulted the Zharkov's theory of two-angular bending with a holder of blank and the designing of this bending in CAD/CAE-system. In chapter 8 is given the designing in CAD/CAE-system of four-angular bending. In chapter 9 are given the Zharkov's theory of a stretch bending the sheets, strips and profiles from a steel and an easy aluminum alloy and the designing in CAD/CAE-system of this bending. In chapter 10 is developed the methods of realization of the Zharkov's theory and practice of forming on an example of realization of the authoring theory on one-angular bending in Visual Studio with a writing of programs on the main, in the programming world, language Visual C#. Also is developed the design procedure in Visual Studio on Visual C# of the optimal and rational layouts of blanks (for bending) on sheets by the Zharkov's theory.

The book is constructed thus, all instructions for CAD/CAE-system in the form of sequence of commands, which the user should fulfill, are selected by the increased bold type, and the explanations of each instruction are written down by a normal font, which the experienced user can pass and carry out the following instruction of the increased bold type.

The book is intended for engineers and scientists, working in various industries, and also for students and teachers of technical institutes and universities.

Dr. Zharkov will answer on all questions of readers on subjects of this book to the email, which has been written down in this book.
