Before using this pack, please read the instructions carefully or apply it under your professional doctor.

For Cold Application

Place it in the freezer at least for 2 hours and keep it flatten. If you want better treatment,but pack can keep flexible and pliable to be handled, you can keep the pack just in state of liquid not fully frozen. Also please do not use ice pack to treat your body directly without pouch or any other covers.

For Heat Application

You can put it into the container full of boiled water for 10 minutes. According to fold it so that the cold pack can be covered by hot water. Then also you can place it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. If it is not enough hot for you, you can heat it for another 10 seconds based on 700W level. And do not overheating. Overheating will cause pack burst. Finally, please keep yourself from overheat.
