Directions

Cold usage
Cold slows down blood flow which helps to reduce swelling, bruising, inflammation, redness, tension and headaches
1. Place pack in fridge for a minimum of 1 hour or in the freezer for approximately 30mins.
(Beads remain pliable even when frozen.)
2. Apply pack to the face. If too cold, wrap in a paper towel.
3. Leave for a maximum of 10mins and then remove for at least 30mins rest before repeating if required. If any discomfort is felt remove the pack at two minute intervals.

Warm usage
Heat stimulates blood flow which helps open up nasal passages helping to relieve sinus pain
1. Wrap pack in a moist cloth or paper towel. Microwave pack for 20 seconds on HIGH until pack is warm but not too hot for the facial skin. If pack is not hot enough, microwave again at 5-second increments, but do not exceed 35 seconds. Test warmth by applying to the arm first.
2. Apply warm pack to the face. If too hot, wrap in a paper towel.
3. Leave for a maximum of 10mins and then remove for at least 30mins rest before repeating if required. If any discomfort is felt remove the pack at two minute intervals.
