Anthony's Organic Coconut Sugar, makes baking an organic, natural, and unrefined experience. Our Organic Coconut Sugar is made from a two-step process, using sustainably sourced coconut palm nectar from Indonesia.

First, our farmers make a cut on the flower or bud of the coconut palm and the liquid nectar is collected. Then, the collected nectar is gently heated to remove water and create the golden brown crystals. The great thing about Coconut Sugar is that it can be substituted in a 1:1 ratio with any other sugar, keeping a subtle sweetness, with a slight caramel flavor.

In addition, our Organic Coconut Sugar is a wonderful unrefined alternative to traditional white or brown sugar! Our Organic Coconut Sugar is USDA Organic, certified by CCOF and is also Batch Tested and Verified Gluten Free, and of course, Non-GMO!
