Scripture to Scripture: Biblical Beliefs – Biblical or Unbiblical? : From God’s Word to man’s misinterpretation (Baptism: Is it a Requirement? Book 1)

In finding Biblical truth, we must bear in mind one important factor all Scripture must line up with other Scriptures. No doctrine can be proven true based upon one Scripture only or one person s interpretation. It is all too apparent that many times, one Scripture is taken on its own and given the human slant to justify the action. History shows that new denominations/churches are built just on one man or woman s interpretation of a particular Scripture. This is not sufficient and God even says Himself that out of the mouths of two or three witnesses all things shall be established . (Deuteronomy 19:15, Mat 18:16; 2 Corinthians 13:1)
