One a Day; My Thoughts are not Your Thoughts: 30 Days of Prayer with the Women of the Bible

These are the next thirty days of women God laid on my heart to write. My prayer for any woman who reads this series is to know God and have a personal relationship with Him. I pray these women draw you closer, open your heart for a deeper connection, and fill your life with a new found purpose. In these thirty days, you will read how God used women to overcome tremendous obstacles, women who dared to humble themselves under His mighty hand. Women who prophesied in His name, women who committed adultery for honor and for dishonor. Women married to ungodly men, but rose above their circumstances. Women who spread the Gospel, stood at the entrance to the Tabernacle, and women who lived for a future hope. Writing this book, a Scripture from Isaiah came to my mind, For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord (Isaiah 55:8). I pray you think of that Scripture as you read these next thirty days of women from God s Word. Each woman was placed in the Bible for a reason, a set time, and purpose. Can you see yourself in one of these woman?
