D.C. tavern manager Randy Hooker is thousands of dollars in debt. However, his life takes a turn when a strange man shows up unexpectedly at his bar and makes Randy a shocking offer: an opportunity to work for a clandestine organization, with allusions to adventure and a rather sizable compensation.
