Artemis The Plant That Overcomes Malaria, A Book That Tells You The New Medication For Malaria

A major breakthrough in the field of tropical medicine in the 20th century has been the discovery of artemisinin as a treatment to cure malaria and promote health in tropical areas. Curiously, this plant was already used in traditional Chinese medicine thousands of years ago. A Chinese doctor, Youyou Tu has been awarded in 2015 with the Nobel Prize in Medicine decades after her discovery.
