KOYAH - Organic USA Grown Spinach Powder (Equivalent to 30 Cups Fresh): Freeze-dried, Whole-Leaf Powder

Our spinach is farmed on organic soils in the USA. The whole leaf is harvested, washed, and frozen within just a few hours to lock in the nutrients. The ice in the frozen spinach is then slowly vaporized at cold temperatures through a small-batch freeze-drying process. Once dry, the whole spinach leaf gets ground into a powder. Nothing is added and only the water is removed. The finished powder contains the fiber, vitamins, minerals, & phyto-nutrients, found in the fresh organic spinach. It is a great way to add organic spinach to smoothies, soups, sauces, baked goods, and whatever else you can think of!
