An Indian ThermoKitchen

What started as simply a love of Indian cuisine and a desire to eat more delicious curries has grown into much more. I’ve always enjoyed the rich flavours of Indian food. The intoxicating spicy aroma surrounded me as I was growing up. I lived in a small coastal town called Woolgoolga. Woolgoolga has the largest Punjabi population in Australia so I’ve been spoiled with authentic Indian food. If you’re looking for an authentic Indian experience without leaving Australia you should visit the Woolgoolga Curry Festival.
It’s an annual celebration of Indian food, music and culture held each September.
