Many Super Smash Bros. Fans grew up playing the Super Smash Bros. Melee game for the Nintendo GameCube system, and some will always prefer that system's controller. Please note the GameCube Controller Adapter for Nintendo Switch is exclusively for use with Nintendo Switch and can only be used when the console is in TV mode.
