Cecelia Wallace is an educated Black woman who has been a pushover for most of her adult life. Until one day, an entitled motorist nearly runs over her mother. Cecelia's helplessness boils over into a rage that causes her to snap. Soon no one is safe from her revenge. Now certain Americans will personally feel how frustrating life can be as a second-class citizen.
