It has 52 Chapters in which, the 51st chapter is also called as ′Gurucharitra Avatarnika′ which is the summary of the book.
The book is assumed to be written in a village in Karnataka known as Kadaganchi. The writer is Saraswati Gangadhar who is a poet and an extreme vanshaj of ′Sayandev Sakhre′ one of the disciple from four favorite disciples of Shriguru Narasimha Saraswati.
