A: Too coarse or loose coffee cause weak coffee. You may choose the fine or medium grind coffee and lightly press it before close the lid.

Q: Why comes out little or few coffee?
A: Three possibility:
1) too much coffee;
2)press the coffee too tight;
3)finer coffee.
You could add 7~8g coffee and press it lightly to test at the begining. Suggest to use Illy and Lavazza coffee to get the best result.
