Nate Jackson is a millionaire with his eyes stuck on one woman, Kelly Powers, who just so happens to be his assistant/secretary for his private investment company. From the moment he met her, he was in love, and determined to make her fall in love with him. When he finally does ask her out on a date, things seem to be off to a good start, as a few heated encounters and a whole lot of kisses, knock Kelly off her feet.
