In pursuit of self healing, I found words to write away my hurt. This book of poetry and prose navigates through painful life themes, experiences of the heart and the healing that comes from surviving loss and living. What I hope that you take away from this book is that words are powerful, they hurt, but they can also heal, when you ignore the noise from others, and feed yourself kind ones.
