Life for Madisyn Mills has never been smooth sailing. Being the oldest of six kids comes with an enormous amount of responsibility. She has to play the role of the man of the house at home while a student at school. As if navigating through her adolescent years with adult responsibilities isn’t hard enough, try adding a resentful mom to the equation. While Madisyn’s mom is determined to make her pay for the sins of her father, Madisyn is determined to get her family out the struggle by any means necessary.

On the surface, Majestic Winfrey seems to have it all together. He is the CEO of a booming record label. He has plenty of money, cars, and other luxuries at his disposal. The only shortage in his life is women. He can never seem to have enough women. Neglected by his mother and raised by his father since an infant, it is no surprise that Majestic has mommy issues.

After a once in a lifetime opportunity allows Madisyn and Majestic to cross paths, the two embark on a romantic journey. Several years into the relationship, Majestic’s mommy issues become too much for Madisyn to bear. The last thing Madisyn wants to do is raise a man. After all, she had spent her early years doing exactly that with her mom’s boys.
