When evil people are brought to justice through the legal system and given punishment that fits the crime they committed, the people who were affected by the crime gain a degree satisfaction. A much greater degree of satisfaction can be realized by the personal application of street justice that more closely fits the crime committed. Not many people have the physical skills and the mental toughness to apply street justice, but Sandy Raybuck and his friends do.
