Description
You're looking for an ICE BALL MOLD because you've heard that Ice Balls last a long time without melting and diluting your whiskey!
When we first came across the existence of these ice balls, we thought that they were the best invention ever! A ROUND ice cube! They melt much slower and don't dilute...
But then we get our own Ice Ball Molds and it ended up being a massive undertaking...
- It wasn't EASY to pry them off! We had these all-plastic ice ball molds, and they shattered on our first go. Whiskey doesn't go well with shards of plastic...
- It wasn't EASY to fill them up! We also had these soft silicone ice ball molds, and the water kept spilling out of the mold because they were so pliable. We ended up with half ice balls in the end! They were at least functional, but didn't look great...
So we decided the come up with our own solution for an Ice Ball Mold! And we're proud to say that we NAILED it ;)
To make them easy to use, we used a combination of silicone and plastic. We've made the bottom part of the mold out of plastic or stiff silicone to make it easy to fill up without sloshing, and the top part out of pliable silicone to make it easy to pry off and pop out your perfect Ice Balls!
And now we're ready to offer this solution to you!
We've also included a long stirring spoon because who wouldn't want to stir their drinks in style?! We made sure to make the stirring spoon exactly what you'd look for: a long 12 inch stirring spoon that can easily reach the bottom of your drink!
