How to use the MOIST Heat Option
1、Dampen one side of the heating pad with water by patting the surface with a wet sponge/ cloth or by using a spray bottle to apply a fine mist.
2、Do NOT thoroughly soak pad.
3、Do NOT spray or dampen the pad connector

How to adjust the temperature and the timer
Turn on: Press the power switch to 'on', the thermostat shows the third temperature(default temperature of the heating pad). At the same time, the heating indicator lamp and the timer indicator lamp are on. You can adjust the temperature by pressing the 'heat' button (six levels for choosing) and adjust the timer setting by pressing the 'timer' button (four levels for choosing).

Turn off: Press the power switch at any working temperature level to 'off', it will turn off.
